On the 8th June more than 70 people from 12 different countries came together to participate in a moment of collective intelligence and sharing of ideas on future ways of working during the meeting of The Good Company. 

The COVID 19 crisis has changed many things for many people, including our ways of working and how we interact, manage and collaborate. Everyone has faced great incertitude during this period and yet we have all adapted and learnt new things, whether it concerned ourselves, our teams, our organisations or our relationship with others. 

We believe that good can come from any situation and that this time has been an incredible opportunity to reflect on ourselves and our environment.  

Thank you very much to all of our participants for the dynamic discussions. We were delighted, for our first international edition of "The Good Company", to gather together professionals from all over Europe as well as the USA, Kenya, India and the Maldives. This diversity enabled some great discussions and the sharing of many interesting and constructive ideas.
